Looking for Executive HR to manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Sourcing potential candidates from various Job Portals (Naukri / Monster / Indeed etc.) & Social Media (LinkedIn / Twitter / Facebook etc.)
Responsible for end to end Recruitment Process. Conduct regular follow-up with the team. Administrative duties and record keeping. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Advertise job openings on companies careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in recruitments, handling Job Portals. recruitments, HR Compliances; PF, ESIC, PT, Payroll, etc. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferable and resume databases. Familiarity with RMS in Naukri. Computer proficiency is essential along with impressive communication skills. Responsible for filing, documentation etc.
