Manage end to end hiring process right from understanding and preparing s, advertising vacant positions, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations to on-boarding.
    Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time.

    Coordinate work closely with the Team Heads to undertake manpower planning to identify current and future human resource requirements.

    Additionally support the company in various other HR functions e.g.-employee engagement, performance management, compensation management, etc.

    Responsible for complete HR function and will play a key role in building a culture of growth in the organization.

    Set up company-wide HR systems, policies and processes for more efficiency

What youll need(Required Skillset)

    Ability to identify talent and establish fit with the company.

    Ability to take initiative and work independently.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

    Aptitude in problem-solving and creative thinking.

    Experience in recruitment.

    Degree/Post Degree in Human Resources Management with 1-2 years of experience, especially in sourcing and talent acquisition.
