Description

Excellent Communications skills both written and spoken are a must for this Role.

You shall need to own an personal laptop and carry the same to the office on a daily basis for working purposes.

(80% Recruitment and 20% HR Operations),

Recruitment's Core Function
1. Should be able to independently Source and line up Candidates starting from Junior to Senior Level across Departments.
2. Should be able to Close Positions as per the Time Lines.
3. Has to be an able to meet Deadlines of Closing positions on time.
4. Ability to work on Job Portals independently.
5. Reviewing resumes and applications online via job portals and internal Career Site.
6. Conducting interview over the phone.
7. To take overall responsibility for recruitment activity to ensure availability of manpower as per business requirement.

B. : HR Operations
8. Complete Joining Formalities & Ensure Document Completion of New Joiners.
9. Preparation of JDS and KRAS.
10. Preparation of Induction and New Joinee Module.
11. Actively work on ERP

C. Employee Engagement:
1. To conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys.
2. To work with vendors, Office of Human Resource partners and colleague and administrative unit Human Resource partners to design and evaluate effective and efficient engagement survey.
3. To manage a professional training and development staff.
4. To develop an Employee Engagement Manual.
5. Ensuring overall HR operation like HR events / Attendance /Streamlining Processes.

D. Multitasking HR Activites:

6. Oversee Admin functions
7. Any Other Multitasking HR Related Activites as and when required
8. Assist the HR Head in bringing in a Strategic Organisational growth.


IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Master of Business Administration - HR
PGPM or PGDM in Human Resource
Full time Master Degree in Human Resource
Master in Labour Laws (MLS).
Equivalent Diploma and Degree in Labour Laws.
DESIRED SKILL SET:
Recruitment Techniques.
Any Additional HR related certifications is acceptable.
Skill in generalist activities.
Labour Law
Employee Engagement.


CERTIFICATES/SKILL SET:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
EXPERIENCE:
Min 3years to 5years core HR experience.
OTHER PROFICIENCY:
Excellent Communications skills.
Analytical Skills.
Psycho Analytical skills.

Excellent Presentation skills.
High Level of interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge on the subject of Human Resource and Industrial Relation.
