Executive HR & Operation will manage Human Resources vertical and help in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, on boarding employees, performance management, training, organization development and culture. Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities and Marketing team, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Candidate will be responsible for providing back-end HR services to business operations, HR operations and operational HR services, including administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management, Data Analysis and day to day operational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and implement strategy for employee life cycle and have past experience of working in manufacturing industry.
- Must have analytical skill to analysis the work of all departments and submit his report to senior level management.
- Determine and recommend employee engagement practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
- Develop and implement process of organizational development including succession planning.
- Establish salary structure, and have experience of handling the payroll of approx 300 employees.
- Design the capability programs for all clusters of the origination based on their immediate and future roles.

- Business measurements on cost, performance

- Analyze Return on Investments for various initiatives and make subsequent relevant changes

- Should have past experience of handle managed a mid-sized to large team in a large business in manufacturing industry

- Effective communication with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
