Description

As a B2B2C digital transformation company , Robosoft s primary target audience are CXOs in large enterprises. The talent community in India also a key audience for us. We want a Digital Marketing Specialist to come on board as part of our Marketing Communications team to enhance our brand reputation among these core audiences. The person we seek will play a critical role in using digital marketing platforms & tools to enhance the equity of Brand Robosoft and ultimately drive business enquiries. He/she will work closely with the Marketing Communication manager to help develop relevant content, track its performance, optimise and manage our content assets such as the corporate website.

Roles & responsibilities
  • Ownership of corporate website for speed and performance across devices; suggest website architecture for ease of use and SEO results
  • Working with the Marcom Team to initiate SEO-focused content that is relevant to the key target audience
  • Ensuring visibility and high ranking of our content on Google search and among our target audience
  • Off page SEO with quality back links and competitors keyword research
  • Campaign management: setting up and monitoring campaigns across marketing automation tools, LinkedIn, email and social media
  • Managing email automation with tools like Leadsquared/Mailchimp
  • Keeping abreast of competition s content marketing trends
  • Draft and monitor key KPIs for effectiveness of digital marketing
Skills and experience
  • SEO skills
  • Google Analytics
  • LinkedIn sponsored posts and other paid campaigns
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Email and newsletter campaign management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Understanding of metrics like conversion rate, visits, click through rate required.
  • Basic understanding of website development and Wordpress
  • 4-6 years experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B tech company or agency working on B2B customer accounts
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results especially in lead generation, improvement of database
