You'll be leading our e-commerce advertising efforts on EBC Webstore.Growth in revenue and return on investment (ROI) in the digital advertising spend would be your primary KPI. We would require you to develop a clear digital advertising strategy that will help grow revenues. You will be reporting to GM Marketing while working with digital advertising team-members and external agencies to accomplish your goals. You will be guiding your team for e-commerce product listings, category listings, data uploading and management and working with adding product listings.You will drive revenue through search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising campaigns (SMM), email campaigns & newsletter marketing, tracking our reviews and ratings, evaluating what deals and offers to run and managing relationships with our advertising partners.Further you will be looking at improving search engine optimisation (SEO) (on-page and off-page) and improving our search engines rankings. Developing an organic social media engagement strategy (across all platforms including YouTube) and building organic social media likes. This will include figuring out ways to increase organic conversion rate and organic traffic, tracking the best-seller rankings, generating backlinks, mentoring the team, and whatever else that is needed to get the job done.You will be looking into external platforms for sale of our products, nationally and internationally.4+ years' of experience in Digital Marketing,Experience selling products online through e-commerce channels.Excellent Search Engine Marketing (SEM) skills, including display, video and keyword marketing.Social Media Marketing (SMM) Skills and conversion analytics.Excellent Google Analytics (GA) Skills and other online analytics tools.Develop and manage website content, e-commerce listings, category listings etc.Deep understanding of SEO, SMO, reporting systems of ranking, traffic monitoring and sales/conversion techniquesExcellent content writing skills.A passion for your craft.Category experience with sales of digital products (e-book, e-learning) and physical products, or products with direct delivery is preferred.Someone who has a strong interest, good taste, and spends time following branding related aspects of communication. Eg: Copy, Aesthetics, Positioning etc.
