Roles and Responsibilities

• As an Online Sales & Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving and achieving the annual business plan of online sales by developing effective marketing strategy for an international eCommerce brand selling home furnishings such as curtains, blinds and other home accessories, targeting US/Canada consumers.
• Revenue generation from B2C e-commerce portal and executing strategy that can help in incremental & profitable growth.
• Build, plan and implement the overall B2C marketing strategy.
• Own and manage digital marketing channels, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, PPC campaigns and content marketing.
• Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
• Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in traffic, conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce business development
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO programs, email marketing, content development, social media campaigns and/or PPC campaigns
• Experience in B2C marketing for female-targeted products preferred, within segments such as home dcor, home improvement, fashion & lifestyle, mother & baby, etc.
• Experience in optimizing user funnels
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Graduate - Bachelor of Business major in Marketing or MBA preferred
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Good at content strategy & creation
• Good at creating effective marketing assets like Brand videos, creative for paid media & social media
