Digital Marketing Manager

About Role:
We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager - a unique, data-driven inbound marketer to own most of the marketing funnel for our group. You will be in charge of a team mandated to attract site traffic, convert that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurture those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you do.

Responsibilities :
Responsible: Create a framework of performance metrics to set and evaluate marketing/campaign goals

Drive: traffic to company website landing pages

Manage: Create, manage, review, and perform daily account/campaign operations for different paid channels like Search, Display, Social, Programmatic etc.,

Website: Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social contentSEO: performance to generate actionable insights, considering SEO and Google Analytics

Lead Gen: Set up a marketing calendar for sustainable inflow of leads to the BD team

Analytics: Create a framework of performance metrics to set and evaluate marketing/campaign goals

Research: Blog topics, content, keywords, competitors, traffic volume

Production: Handle the end-to-end including tactical and creative strategies that are scalable and produce profitable ROI across all paid and organic digital marketing channels.

Forecast: marketing campaign growth, ROI, KPI's for campaigns and Forecast sales performance trends

Creatives:

• Ability to create marketing collateral in coordination with our design team
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

Campaigns: Develop quarterly digital campaign strategy and calendar based on company objectives

Newsletters: Prepare online newsletters with designer and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

Liaising: Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability for clients
Skills:

1. Acquisition and lead generation experience
2. Comfort with wide variety of cultural differences and skill sets and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world
3. Credible record of working as an individual contributor and willingness to work as a team during larger projects.
4. Excellent attention to detail is necessary
5. Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations
6. Experience finding target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating campaign strategies
7. Flawless English and familiarity with the Australian, US or Canadian market
8. Goal driven should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements by developing answers and solutions when client requirement still is unclear / changes, and by supplying relevant insights and key questions to fit the client goal.
9. Hands-on experience with digital marketing: social media marketing, video marketing, content marketing, SEO, online advertising, and mobile marketing
10. Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly, and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders
