Description

  • Provide L1 support to desktops, laptops, printers and other IT related accessories
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot various PC Hardware Components
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi setup
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and Projector
  • Raise ticket, update and close the same with end user's confirmation
  • Install and configure Windows Operating Systems and application software Like MS-Office, Outlook, Antivirus etc.
  • Install, configure and upgrade security software (e.g. Antivirus programs) like McAfee or Kaspersky
  • Carry out initial troubleshooting and resolve the issue; if not escalate to L2 support


 

About you:

  • 0-1 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer from any industry or College Freshers with Computer Science or IT background are preferred
  • Local MALE graduates from Coimbatore City are required
  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting in Desktop, Laptop and PC Hardware is preferred
  • Good exposure in Anti-Virus software installation and upgradation would be a plus
  • Good knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of Network Devices is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Server administration and Server Hardware is required
  • Good working knowledge on MS-Office is an added advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill is preferred
  • Any bachelors degree with Computer Science or IT background is required
