An provide support anytime and in anywhere.   Primary Roles and Responsibilities: As a Desktop System administrator, you will be responsible - •To provide day by day support for desktop and laptop, on-site or ‘remote support’ to end-users for India locations. The normal working hours would be India general or EMEA shift •Effective communication and ability to solve issues of business leaders and executives •Strong knowledge on MacOS, MAC hardware, Windows, and Mobile support •Hands-on experience with Incident management by responding, documenting, customer communication and closure of incoming tickets as per agreed SLA and meet other organizational KPIs like CSAT, MTTR etc. •Active participation in employee Onboarding/Off-boarding process, PC Refresh program and old IT hardware reclamation as per best practices •Typically, you shall provide support across hardware and software issues for Windows and MAC. •Responsible in handling issues related to new mobile device (MDM), VPN, O365, printer, end point backup, business applications and cross-functional team coordination as and when needed •Strong believer of innovation by coming up with new technology solutions and drive automation as and when needed •Active participation on ongoing IT projects and meet deadlines by completing tasks on time •Effective documentation of process, policies and keep them up to date •Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines by doing multitasking     REQUIRED SKILLS: •Experience in Windows 10 and MacOS •Microsoft Office O365 Suite •Active Directory (*user/server admin / permissions) •Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business •Virtual desktop (*VMware/ Parallels) •MDM, mobile device management (*Airwatch) •McAfee / Crowdstrike / BCM / JAMF •Encryption (*McAfee and Bitlocker) •Ticketing systems (*Remedy, JIRA etc)     DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS: •Proactive: Comfortable working on your own initiative, anticipate trending issues before they happen and be vocal when requiring assistance or simply wishing to share/discuss. •Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the constantly changing demands of the business. •Virtual Team Player: You will be an integral part of our global team spread across various locations so you should be comfortable reaching out and working in a truly virtual and collaborative team environment.
