Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that Company carries out its business in an ethical manner, in line with applicable laws and as per its set policies so as to prevent any legal liabilities, risk or commercial losses to the Company.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing agreements (commercial, supply, distribution, service, leave and license, lease etc.);
• coordinating with Business Partners in connection with business;
• ensuring extension and/or termination of contracts as per the Company’s guidelines;
• handling litigations (including appearing before the Court/quasi- judicial body, preparing written representation, arguments etc.) pertaining to food laws, legal metrology, consumer law, labour laws, civil and criminal matters etc.
• coordinating with the legal advisors of the Company
• ensuring compliance with Company’s SOPs and policies;
• communicating regularly with external and internal stakeholders to develop a strong documentation culture in all concerned areas;
• handling IPR work, co-ordinate with consultants for day-to-day activities in relation to IPR;
• maintain and update various database, documentation management system (DMS);
• handling Compliance Management System, co-ordinate with Internal Users and ensuring timely completion of compliances;
