1. The candidate will have the responsibility of managing Sales function for India and other prospective Markets.
2. The candidate will have the responsibility of recruiting students for American University of Barbados - School of Medicine and achieving number of admissions in each admission cycle.
3. To handle sales team and impart product training and mentoring them in Student Counseling/Direct/Video Conferencing/ Web Chat.
4. Handling existing agencies and developing new agencies for maximizing Admissions and ensuring synchronization of Business plan.
5. To participate in Educational events/Seminar/Conferences for creating brand TOMA and business generation.
6. Business promotion through Digital Marketing - ATL/BTL.
7. To develop new and innovative Sales Strategies for Admission Campaign and Business generation.
8. Complete Sales and Admission process creation and implementation across teams in India and other prospective markets as planned by the Management.
9. Cooperate with senior Management and other functional heads to improve the business processes of the organization.
10. Supervising expense reports and re- evaluating budgetary information.
Reporting structure: In the capacity of Country Head Sales, the Candidate will be based at Lucknow office and will be required to report their day to day working to the Senior Management.
