Job Summary:

 

We are looking for talented young HR professionals who are keen to implement HR

initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization. This role holder

actively researches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate our

workforce on various HR initiatives and executes these initiatives end to end. This position

actively works and collaborates with the HR Business Partners within each unit to drive the

initiatives, ensure the desired outcome and report out on the benefits to the stakeholders on

a periodic basis. The initiatives will encompass aspects under the broad areas of Talent

Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development.

In this role, you should be passionate about making a difference to the organizational goals

through people initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential. A successful

candidate will be excited about the prospect of leading by example.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Executing people strategies and programs.

 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation and preservation of human capital.

 Designing, developing and delivering HR solutions that meet business needs taking

complete ownership and responsibility for end to end execution.

 

 Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal associates

and external partners to develop and deliver solutions utilizing a variety of media.

 Managing the technologies required to develop, manage and deliver learning

solutions across the organization.

 Planning, organizing, and facilitating talent development programs and other events.

 Developing and maintaining organizational communications such as intranet bulletin

boards and newsletters to ensure associates have knowledge of all the ongoing

people initiatives.

 Conducting an effective scan of industry best practices in HR every 6 months and

doing a benchmarking study on areas of relevance for Intellect at that point in time.

 Design and roll out various pulse surveys to check on the sentiment of the associates

and create a channel for engagement with associates on a continuous basis.

 Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR

team.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.

 Strong presentation skills.

 Ability to evaluate and research options and alternatives.

 Ability to design and implement effective HR solutions.

 Ability to publish various types of dashboards and design reports and views.

 Knowledge of HR best practices and metrics.

 Knowledge of various Psychometric Assessments and their applicability.

 Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

Education and Experience:

Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / Social Work (with specialization in Human Resources)/ Psychology from industry recognized educational institutes.

 

1-2 years of experience designing and implementing HR Functions and Proven experience as HR

 

Must have experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Policies, Procedures and Organizational Development

 

Flawless Communication and Interpersonal Skills

 

Stakeholder Management

 

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

 

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

 

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
