Cluster HR Manager (Bangalore)

Description

Ensure recruitment for the stores under their purview with suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
On boarding of all the new candidates as per schedule.
Ensure accurate payroll input and calculation for the staff.
Ensure legal, statutory compliances at stores.
Coordination and participation in the Performance Management process and ensure updation of forms for all staff members.
Conduct Exit Interviews and document data.

Desired Candidate Profile

MUST HAVE:

1. Excellent Communication skills.

2. Must be fluent in Kannada.

3. Must know MS- Excel.

4. Assertive in nature.

5. Open to travel.
