Maintain site wise uptime (for allocated sites) as per SLAs defined in the Master Sales Agreement (MSA) and Process Review Document (PRD). Receive sign offs from customers regarding uptime, penalty computation, etc. on an ongoing basis.Review the condition of site infrastructure (for allocated sites) and take necessary corrective action in case of any deviation from necessary requirements. Manage opex costs, check deviations from the budgeted cost targets and take corrective action to drive cost savings at the assigned tower sites. Verify and confirm the amounts billed by the vendors and liase with in case of issues / concerns.Manage customer requirements and concerns. Resolve issues with predetermined SLAs.Engage with local stakeholders, including Law Enforcement Agencies and State Electricity Boards, on an ongoing basis to ensure smooth operations of the assigned tower sitesPerformance Measures Network uptime against SLAs P&F cost against target Electricity availability as per SLAs Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules Adherence to audit/monitoring schedules Turnaround time for resolution of customer complaints .Minimum 4 years of experience with a background in the O&M function, within the industry. Females candidates are preferred.
