Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Cloud Computing Faculty member to join our academic/training team. The ideal candidate should have foundational to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms and the ability to teach and mentor students in cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures, and workshops on cloud computing topics.
  • Teach core concepts such as cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), virtualization, and cloud architecture.
  • Guide students through hands-on labs on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Keep curriculum updated with the latest cloud trends and certifications.
  • Provide mentorship and support for student projects and certification preparation (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in academic reviews, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Good understanding of virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud security.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
