Description

  • Assist and independently Scout / Interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education and manage end to end talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  • Update job requirements when needed and Offer proactive recruiting assistance
  • Analyzes staffing logistics whenever necessary.
  • Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, training programs, employee engagement programs or activities.
  • Manage End to End Staff Attendance (Biometric, Muster Roll, Register)
  • Facilitate employees in various queries such as leaves and compensation and assist to resolve any issues that may arise by resolving issues promptly. Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education.
  • Answer questions and addresses concerns including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Prepare Offer, Appointment, Absconding, Termination, Severance letters and forward to necessary.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to assess employment needs.
  • Maintain employee files electronic and paper form.
  • Maintain and organize employee performance records.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and outside agencies such as recruiting agencies, insurance companies, etc.
  • Assist and ensure that appropriate measures are taken against employees who violate company policies.
  • Assist to promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Provide support to all the other human resource activities as advised whenever necessary.

Required Candidate profile

  • Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management (
  • 3 + years experience as HR Profile (Preferably from Healthcare/Hospital).
  • Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
