Description

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Career Counselor to guide students and professionals in identifying career goals, evaluating options, and planning educational or professional paths. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of current job market trends, and the ability to work with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to assess clients’ interests, skills, personality, and career goals.
• Guide students/professionals on suitable academic paths, competitive exams, and career options.
• Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Provide guidance on higher education in India and abroad, including admissions and scholarships.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging careers, and educational programs.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and career awareness programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related filed.
• Having good experience in academic or career counseling.
• Strong knowledge of educational systems, entrance exams, and career opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with psychometric tools and digital counseling platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to counsel both students (school/college) and working professionals.
• Experience in international education or corporate career transitions.
• Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, Google Workspace, and counseling software.
