Managing marketing operations for achieving increased growth and top-line profitability

Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets.

Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.

Distribution Management, Business Development Sales & Marketing

Identifying/networking with financially strong dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.

Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales.

Planning for organizing & conducting training & development programs for dealers / dealers manpower.

Customer Relationship Management

Identifying client requirements & specifications, obtaining approval for production sample and conduct price negotiations to firm up the orders.
 

Should be capable for good manpower recruiting ASM/ASE/ASE/SE/ISR

Hands on working and doing active foot work in the market with the Sales Team on State level.
