Role:
Handle Marketing Research, Traditional Media and Digital Operations including (but not limited to):
1. Gather and analyse and disseminate data related to various brands
2. Help in executing consumer research, traditional and digital media campaigns by coordinating with the Market Research, Digital and Advertising agencies.
3. Coordinate with brand marketing teams to understand their business problems, analysis various primary and secondary data and suggest actionable for the brands
4. Keep abreast with new technologies and digital marketing trends. Work with the digital agency and understand various digital media tools and platforms used by them for digital campaigns.
5. Help internal team analyse the digital campaign data and suggest appropriate digital marketing strategies
6. Measure and report performances of all digital campaigns and assess against goals
7. Coordinate with media agency and ensure placement of advertisement copies in relevant media venues
Desired Candidate Profile
Person specs (preferred):
1. MBA in Marketing with 0-3 years of work experience
2. Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders both internal and external
3. Ability to work with large amount of data, must have a flair for numbers
4. Enthusiasm and a passion for marketing research and digital advertising
5. Confidence in communication with reasonably good communication skills
6. Excellent in MS-excel and ability to work with large amounts of data
7. Willingness and motivation to learn
8. The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned campaigns
9. Strong interpretation skills; can work from little detail
10. Dedication to excellent client service
