Adminstrative Responsibilities

Ensure timely opening and closing of stores as per timings.

Daily upkeep of stores hygiene and to ensure the store is well maintained.

Overall admin responsibility as to attendance , leave and duty roaster of employees employed at the stores.

Displaying of all proper required licences at the stores and also to check check the validity of the same. Timley intimate Regional Head for renewal of the same.

Ensure that the licence carry the correct name of the Pharmacist present at the stores.

Ensure that only authorised personal are allowed inside the stores.

Maintainance of Company Fixed Assets and keeping a record of the same

Commercial Activities

Timely billing and despatches as per SLA.

To find out the route cause in case of failed SLA and apply CAPA. Recorrd of the same to be maintained at the stores.

Daily cash collection and deposition of the same in bank. Record to be maintained at the branch.

Stock requirement , ageing to be taken on daily basis and ensure that there are no shortage of stocks at stores

Procurement of stocks from CWH or from distributors selected from HO

Daily 3 way reconcilaitions - Invoice, stock & Collection to be maintained -- Separate report will be sent-- to be reported to Regional Head

Maintaining of Sch H1, X in a separate shelf and Narcotic drugs seperately under lock and key of pharmacist

Separate shelf is maintained for expiry and damage goods with labels clearly mentioned

Intimate Regional Head to classify bad stocks in system.

Packing material availability at branches.

Maintaining records of stock recd , billing , cash deposits, and monthly stock reconciliations at the branch

Monthly download of Sales register to be sent to Regional Head with GST calculations

Stock audit on monthly basis and submitting the report to Regional Head

Monthly incentive calculations of Delivery boys as per HO circular to be sent to Regional Head

Coordination with customer service team for closure of customer issue related to billing and despatches.
