The role - holder plays a significant role in partnering with business and providing regular People interventions.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • Handling Onboarding for sales employees
  • Offer issuance and Issuance of BGV as per TAT
  • New Hire assimilation
  • Handling Process Management/Performance Management for region - Talking Talent, Employee Promise Survey, Talking Performance Online, Employee Life Cycle etc.
  • Employee Communication & connect through branch visits
  • Handling Governance, Grievance Redressal & Conflict resolution
  • Induction training for new hires
  • Supporting PBP in various projects assigned

 

Key Outputs:

 

  • Collaborate with Business towards engagement & retention of frontline talent
  • Drive interventions aimed at reduction of employee attrition across all channels
  • Champion day-to-day improvements in transaction quality
  • Work proactively with line managers to deliver operational plans and transactions within defined quality/cost parameters
  • Proactively establish strong business relationship with all stakeholders (internal and external), including the extended HR/OD community
  • Be an employee advocate and the first point of grievance resolution/escalation for stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company programs/policies
  • Manage day to day internal communication

 

Eligibility:

 

Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 3 - 5 years of work experience in a Business Partner/HR generalist role.
