Job Summary:
As an Assistant Sales Executive in the FMCG division you will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets, expanding customer base, and managing client relationships. You’ll play a key role in market penetration, product promotion, and driving sales through effective fieldwork and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for FMCG products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer needs and promote products.
- Support senior sales executives in planning promotional campaigns and market activations.
- Collect and analyze market feedback and competitor information.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage stock levels at distributor points.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics is a plus.
- Prior experience in agri-products, pluses, rice segment is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in [local language] and English.
