· Upto date with current opening and future requirement in organization
· Getting the vacancy closed in not more than 15 days.
· Check new employee records files and completing all documentation in not more than 15 days of their joining the organization.
· Make referral check of expected employee of the company.
· New employee induction, training and retention during first year of joining the organization.
· Cost saving in filling up a vacancy.
· Related records to be up to date
Statutory Compliance
· All registers for PF, ESI and other statutory compliances should be complete at all times.
· On time completion of all other factory related compliances requirements.
Office Administration
· Lock & Key Management of factory.
· Regular audits of the work space, floor and store.
· Checking the functioning of all people like the guards who are on third party role.
· Monitoring the performance of Admin executive and ensuring they are performing as per company requirement
Attendance & Salary
· Making sure that everyone in the factory has marked their attendance.
· Taking round of the factory to see if everyone has started working 5-6 times in the day.
· Making daily attendance report and sending it to all concerned.
· Making salaries for both staff and workers based on the attendance from 28th to 10thof every month.
· Cash Salary, advance and overtime disbursement timely.
Disciplinary Process and Grievance Handling
· Ensuring the discipline in company as per the company policies and taking actions if employees don’t abide by it.
· Salary Account related issues & grievances handling.
· Ensuring all issues are resolved within 7 days of reporting.
Training & Development
· Arranging Behavioral & Technical Trainings for staff & workers
· Getting the training feedback.
Performance Management System
· Coordination for the smooth completion of the appraisals for all staff & workers
· Increment finalization during the final appraisal process
· Conduct counseling sessions for the employees on the suggested Improvement areas in Post Appraisal Records
