Description

We are looking for A.M.- HR an individual who is looking for a high growth, high ownership role filled with an opportunity to learn at a steep pace.Develop and execute search strategy, perform primary and secondary research, contact high-potential candidates, write position specifications, conduct candidate interviews and document candidate qualifications and references.Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.,Develop and execute day to day communication including Job descriptions, Job adverts and Social media posts.,Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the business requirement and within the committed timelines.Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience,Partnering with leaders within the organisation to track ongoing hiring needs of their business,Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles,Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met,Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, Develop industry network with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
