- Strategic Business Planning: -Develop and implement Effective sales
Strategies, Build a strong network of clients (B2B & B2C Segment).
- Catalyst for Sales & Marketing
- Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquire
new food service accounts across the GT, MT & HORECA channel
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Expanding company product business in General Trade, Modern Trade & HORECA segment
- Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the
region.
- To motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to
meet sales targets.
- To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
- To analyze stock movement/availability
- Driving Business via B2B Sales. Develop different GT, MT & HORECA Channels.
- Appointment of Stockiest/ distributor, & Managing a team. Maintain relations with existing
Clients and Create new Clients as well.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales
Efficiency, Sales Achievement.
- Working closely with R & D, Purchase, Production, Logistics, Costing, and Marketing Department
to ensure the availability of the product.
- Visit key customer & represent the company product range. Handle customer complaints at all
levels.
- Dealing with Five Star Hotels, Restaurant chain, Bakery segment, IRCTC, Airport, Railways,
Catering, Embassy, Hospitals, Cinemas, CSD.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annual Sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with Clients- needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches.
- Documentation like Quotations, Sales reports, Distributor agreement,
Retailers Database.
