Roles and Responsibilities
He shall be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating the sales force, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies in-store visibility and execute company policy & strategies.
-Responsible to achieve sales targets through primary and secondary sales
-Leading and motivating the sales force
-Achieving the width of the distribution
-Building volume
-Implementing marketing and sales promotion strategies.
-Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
-Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
-Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target-oriented, and should have a flair towards sales and must have good leadership skills
- Good Team Player
Desired Candidate Profile
- FMCG / Beverage sales candidates may only apply.
- He must have his own Android Phone and Bike.
- He should have 1 to 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG / Beverage, industries with a proven track record in the various role.
