Roles and Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of this role is to work on day-to-day accounting payable operations of the company, maintain daily accounts and assist the Accounts Manager in accounting activities.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Accounting knowledge pertaining to entries/JVs in books of Accounts .
• Working experience in Tally mandatory .
• The incumbent will be responsible for day to day accounting, Tally ERP, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, LC , Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Statutory Audits
• Responsible to manage all accounting operations on daily basis including bookkeeping, reconciliation of bank accounts, coordination, preparing of financial reports as necessary.

Note: Preference will be given to Male Candidate who is working with Real estate Company and Early Joiner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Commerce graduate with minimum 2- 3 years working experience of computerized accounting preferably in Tally software in real estate background.

Familiar with MS office and working knowledge of ERP preferably FAR VISION is mandatory proficient with oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of TDS & GST and Return Filing.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of general accounting and can handle all accounts related work independently.

Can handle task independently without any monitoring and should have experience preferably in maintenance accounting of Builder organisation.
