Description

• Accruals for all clients
• Prepare Invoice as well as Cash batches for client N2 (C’ Pax and Stena Bulk Cyprus, Grupo Tomza) for running the payment procedure.
• Handing DB capture for all client and vessels
• Handling Tang Li, Northern Marine, Stena Marine Consulting, Northern Marine Management (Uploading, Clear From DB Capture And Reconcile Statement)
• Checking Cross posting of invoices for all clients.
• Updating Purchase Order (PO).
• Updating orders as per amendments.
• Preparation of M.I.S report {Management Information System}.
• Creating and Making Payments through SWIFT account.
• Updating Accounts related data in Agresso- ERP.
• Preparation of crew accounts and reconciling the same.
• Providing information to clients of monthly details with individual format.
• Making Payment to updated invoices in individual month.
• Booking Journals for making Payments.
• Transfer of Payment.
• Updating Client Reports as per their requirements
• AP invoice Indexing
• Transfer of Payment.
